Hi! My name is Jose, but I go by Chelo, I am the owner and founder of Tattoo Cultura. I enlisted in the army a year after high school, where I served 6 years. Afterwards I moved to Mami Florida where I pursued my passion for art. I worked at various tattoo shops gaining experience and fintomoning my skills. In 2018 I moved back to Puerto Rico and started working independently before opening Tattoo Cultura I had two previous locations. Now I am expanding my shop to give my clients a VIP experience.
